When you first install your dispenser or if your bottle becomes empty you will need to prime your pumps on your dispenser. All the priming instructions are included in written format with every Dispenser as well.
The priming instruction videos only show the AVIVA™ and Classic Dispenser however the pumping mechanism is the same for all our units. If you have any problems please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
